Halloween Party

At school Miles and his friends dressed up and had a halloween party thursday. Miles is a cowboy this year. It was really fun! By the end of the day all the kids were bouncing off the walls.

Girls Getaway

Iris and I had a little girls weekend in Greenville this past week while Miles and Duane had a boys weekend here at home. We had a great time! It was fun getting to spend some one on one time with my sweet little girl. Even at only 1 years old Iris loves to dress up.

Sorry its been so long.... here is what we have been up to.

First trip to the dentist. Miles did amazing! The dentist could not believe how well he did.


This is her new favorite thing to do. Not so much mommies favorite thing.


Now that its cooling off a little we love being outside.

Run for the Ta Ta's

Today Duane ran in the Save the Ta Ta's Breast Cancer 5K. He did awesome and his time was 25:02! We all went to cheer him on. Miles informed us that "he could do that" so we may be blogging about his first 5k soon.

Iris is ONE!!

Our sweet little girl turned one on sept. 14th. Where has the time gone? She is just as sweet and layed back as the day she was born. We are waiting to celebrate her birthday next week when the grandparents are in town. Until then, here are some pictures of Iris during her first few days.
